The RizzmasillionCHAPTER 06

THE OATH AND THE BOAT CRIMES

The Valor Squad were sitting around Tree Hill like it was the world's most awkward group therapy session after the Trees got wrecked. Vanna Bloom dropped the news: the Trees were straight-up dead, no healing possible from her end. But here's the plot twist—she said if they had the light from the Shiny Rocks, maybe they could bring the Trees back. So they turned to Finn, basically asking him to hand over his precious creations like it was no big deal.

Finn hadn't even heard about his dad's murder yet. He freaked out, saying he'd basically have to be killed before giving up the light in those stones. He flat-out refused. Right on cue, messengers rolled up with the worst news: Finn Senior was dead, Vault North got robbed, and McEvilface had the Shiny Rocks. Finn lost it completely, cursed Melvin and officially dubbed him McEvilface, then bounced from the council like the dramatic king he was. Grief hit him like a truck. The Nerdor were about to spiral hard.

Meanwhile, McEvilface and Hungy Ungy were hauling it across the north of Aman, crossing the Big Freeze like it was some sketchy back alley. McEvilface was trying to ditch his giant spider "friend" the second he could, but Hungy Ungy wasn't dumb—she clocked it immediately. She pinned him down and demanded he pay up with the loot from Vault North. He fed her treasure after treasure, but when it came to the Shiny Rocks? Nope. Those things started burning his hands, but he kept them away from her greedy vibes.

She got pissed and tried to straight-up strangle him with her webs of darkness. McEvilface let out this blood-curdling scream that echoed forever—people later called the place Echo Coast because of it. That yell was basically his panic button: it summoned the Fire Bouncers from the depths of Hell Basement, the ones the Valor Squad somehow missed entirely. The Fire Bouncers whipped out their fiery whips, sliced through her webs, and Hungy Ungy noped out scared, hiding in Spider Valley, the Valley of Dreadful Death, under a blanket of pure darkness. McEvilface, now free, made himself an iron crown, jammed the Shiny Rocks into it even though they kept burning him forever, and started ruling his evil armies from his throne. He built up Spite Mountains's triple peaks and started breeding all sorts of nightmare creatures.

  1. FinnValor Squad just asked me for my Shiny Rocks like it's casual Friday. What do I even say??
  2. Max OnehandBro those things are your whole brand. Don't do it.
  3. Fightin' FinleyThis is a trap. They're gonna use them and never give them back. Family first.
  4. Finny SensibleWait... what is this about Finn Senior?? Someone update the chat!

Back in Valinor, the Nerdor headed back to Elftown, still reeling. Finn called a big meeting and went full hype-man mode. He declared himself king of the Nerdor, hyped up the idea of leaving for Middle-earth to get freedom and their own lands, and then he dropped the most unhinged oath you've ever heard. He and all his sons swore they'd hunt down anyone who kept a Shiny Rock from them, no matter what, and if they failed, may the Everlasting Darkness eat them. It was dramatic, binding, and basically cursed their whole bloodline. The House of Finn Senior immediately split—some were like "this is toxic, chill," others were packing their bags already. Most of the Nerdor were hyped to leave and wouldn't listen to Finny Sensible trying to get them to think it through. Finn kept rushing everyone, scared the rage would cool off or the Valor Squad would step in.

The Nerdor split into two hosts anyway, with Fightin' Finley's crew being bigger. Fightin' Finley didn't even want to go but his son Clutch Finnegan kept pushing, and he'd promised before Manny Breezy's throne to follow Finn's lead. Finny Sensible tagged along for the same reluctant reasons but hated every second. Only about ten percent of the Nerdor stayed behind in Elftown, and it wasn't out of fear—it was principle. Manny Breezy finally sent a herald to warn them: this road only leads to tragedy, and Finn was exiled (again). Finn clapped back with a fire speech about finding real joy and freedom since Valinor had been mid on both. His words were so powerful the herald actually bowed, and the Nerdor marched out of Elftown like it was the end of a season finale.

Finn knew they needed ships to chase McEvilface across the sea, so he tried to recruit the Tide Squad and borrow their boats. Olly Shipwright shut that down hard—no way. When the Nerdor tried to just take the ships anyway, it turned into the First Kinslaying. Elves killing elves. Blood on the docks, Tide Squad mariners dead. It was the first time the Nerdor really crossed a line that couldn't be uncrossed. They sailed north, the seas got angry and wrecked some ships, but most made it to the wastes of Empty Coast. There, Mandy Moodkiller showed up and spoke the Doom of the Nerdor—basically a prophecy of endless grief, betrayal, and death if they kept going. Finny Sensible heard it, turned around with some followers, got pardoned by the Valor Squad, and became High King back in Elftown. The rest? They kept pushing toward the Big Freeze, that brutal grinding ice bridge.

  1. FinnWe need these ships to follow McEvilface. Hand them over, Olly Shipwright. We're family.
  2. Olly ShipwrightThese ships are our life's work. We built them with love, not for war or theft. The answer is no.
  3. FinnThen we'll take them by force if we have to. This is for the greater cause!
  4. Olly ShipwrightYou're crossing a line that can't be walked back. Kinslaying? Really?
  5. Max OnehandIf it's between our oath and your boats, the boats lose. Stand down.

At the Big Freeze, the choice was brutal: sail or walk across the ice. There weren't enough ships for everyone, and nobody wanted to be the group left waiting like the last kids picked for dodgeball. Paranoia about betrayal started creeping in immediately. Finn and his loyal sons took the ships in the dead of night, abandoning Fightin' Finley's much larger host on the shore. Only Max Onehand stood apart from the theft, because of his deep friendship with Clutch Finnegan—he couldn't fully go along with betraying them like that.

Finn ordered the ships burned once they reached Middle-earth at the firth of Drengist. The flames lit up the sky so bright that across the water, Fightin' Finley's people saw the red glow on the clouds and knew exactly what had happened. They had been ditched. No way back to Elftown now. So they made the terrible choice to cross the Big Freeze on foot. Many died on that frozen nightmare of a journey—starvation, falls into crevasses, despair—but the survivors burned with determination to catch up with Finn's crew and settle the score. The Nerdor were now fully fractured, oath-bound, and marching straight into centuries of tragedy. The boat crimes and that terrible oath had set everything on fire, literally and figuratively.

And just like that, the Nerdor went full group-chat meltdown: ships torched, family blocked, oath that doomed them all.
